Meet Gunnar Stohlberg our bass player. Gunnar started singing in church youth choir. At ten he picked up the cornet and after a few years moved onto baritone horn. At age thirteen his school band played in a Memorial Day Parade for which he was paid $8. That switched on the light, you can get paid for doing this? At fourteen he picked up an electric bass and an amp and soon was playing in local bands. All throughout high school and college he played in bands, looking forward to someday playing music full time. With school behind, that dream came true as he and his band traveled around the northeast playing dance music. Over the years Gunnar has played with many different styles of musical groups from country, folk, and bluegrass to blues, pop, and new wave rock & roll. He is known for his dancing to the music.
